All sessions are 1 hour and can be done virtually or in-person. No need to leave the house or buy special gear, I will travel to you and create workouts that utilize the available equipment.

Each training plan includes:

  • 4 weeks of customized programming, specifically tailored to your goals and abilities

  • Additional programming that fits into your lifestyle that you can do on your own

  • Tracking of body composition and abilities

  • Nutritional advice
