Personal training should be exactly that—personal. With Running to Lift, there isn't a cookie cutter training program. Every plan is specifically formulated to meet each client's individual goals and abilities.

This is why all new clients must book a fitness assessment in order to determine the best method of programming to fit their lifestyle. Creating a baseline also allows us to track your progress and adjust programming as you adapt and improve over time.

Assessments are 45 mins for individuals & 60 mins for partners and include:

  • Initial body measurements

  • Testing current abilities

    • Cardiorespiratory endurance

    • Muscular strength & endurance

    • Balance

    • Flexibility

  • Discuss goals and best methods to reach them

  • 15-20 minute intro workout
