Whether you want to run a 5k, marathon, or try out a new way to get your body moving, this coaching will help any runner progress in a safe and effective manner.

Each training plan includes:

  • Customized programming, specifically tailored to your fitness goals and abilities

  • Tracking of the following metrics:

    • Running economy and form

    • Optimal zones for intensity levels​

    • Resting heart rate

    • Maximum heart rate

    • Heart rate reserve

    • Split times

  • Ability to message me any time with questions
